The Phone Verification is a WHMCS addon that helps eliminate fraud and makes sure accounts created are legit as each phone number is verified to make sure it is real. Customers, who are in your WHMCS database before you enable the module, will not be affected and will not require being verified. This module will only verify a new customer. This module would need to use the SMS API to make an automated voice phone call with a 6-digit code generated by the module to enter to verify the customer’s phone number.
Verifies clients’ / customers’ phone numbers before an order is placed by sending a verification code to your phone number. Clients who are in your WHMCS database before you enable the module, will not be affected and will not require being verified. This module will only verify new clients.
